Honda Dio — Poor Service from Suryabala Honda | |||
I already have bitter experience with the Suryabala honda when I bought my Santro car particulary related to suryabala honda service and later I changed to Chandra Honda service. But again, since the Dio model was new and the showroom was nearer to my place, I took a risk with the Suryabala Honda for two wheeler section. But, even during the warranty period, after service, one of the covers in the luggage box was missing. Now, when I approached them for regular service, Initially they said they had to see the vehicle for informing the service delivery eriod. But, when I went there, with out looking at my vehicle, just by seeing their token no. of the vehicle they had stated that I can take the vehicle only after three days which is also not assured. Even I talked to their Manager but the reasons stated were not convincing. Further, The vehicle has many plastic parts which are not up to the quality and are prone to damage easily.
