I had purchased the above vehicle on FEB 27th 2019 from APCO HONDA dealers Calicut, Kerala.

I was explained about the additional features of this EDITION car and was made to believe it as a special offfer.Having been a HONDA car customer since 2005, I trusted the statements about your quality.But the clutch gave problems and it was repalced by 3 rd service.I had persistantly aired my complaints on the Blue tooth and rear camera and after every service they said it the defects are rectified.Unfortunately the rear camera conked off and now I am helpless.They took up the complainet and said they have esacalated the issues to Honda car manufacturer's and solution has to come from Honda cars.
Now they replied over phone that they have tried their best and no replacement sanction is given by you.The original 3 year warranty of the car is in effect.Now they say these add on feature are not standard equipments of HONDA car.As a consumer I am not agreeble to this denial of replacements as the USP of this car was the added features of 4 alloy wheels and music, blue tooth and rear view camera with sensor and 4 power windows.
I have paid my price for this model and as a manufacturer and dealer both are equaly responsible to replace the same.The very reason to buy this Honda Edition car were the special feartures.
You are therefore requested replace the rearview camera and make it functional.My husband who drives the vehicle is a senior citizen and needs these assistance.
Fault is not mine and as a customer I believed in HONDAS assurance and your dealer made believe the same.
I therfore request your immediate intervention and replace the entire unit without any further delay.Looking for ward to your immedite positive reply.
