Honda — Honda WRV digipad touch not working

Dear sir/Madam

My honda wrv vs diesel was bought in Jun 2018. From past 1 year my car's digipad touch was not working properly. And, finally from past 6 months, it stopped working completely. From the dealer side, they said warranty is over and nothing can be done other than buying new one. But recently I heard from few of other car owners (same honda wrv vs diesel model) having the same exact problem. So, I would think it is not users problem and it is the problem in the system itself. And, it should be taken care by the company as there is no problem from the users side.
