Honda — Incompetent and unprofessional approach - ring road honda (c. p.) | |||||
Sir, On march 15, 2016, after a lot of hassle and unprofessional approach on your franchise’s part, i finally got delivery of my honda city car bearing no. Dl4cau5304 from your showroom at ring road honda – bas engineering pvt. Ltd. (Janpath). I was completely unsatisfied with the services offered by your said showroom. I can detail out each of the said difficulties as and when i am asked to share the same. I may further point out that the total payment made by me to purchase the said car was of rs. 10, 85, 445/-, however, against the same, bills of rs. 10, 71, 069/- only had been furnished to me. Since then, i had been trying to constantly follow up with the officials of the said showroom with regard to the aforesaid bills but shockingly it is only recently that i have been informed that the said balance sum of rs. 14, 376/- was wrongly charged by them. Despite the acceptance of said mistake they are making excuses to refund the extra amount charged by them. I may also point out that it has been more than 5 months since i have taken the delivery of the car but the rc of my car has still not been furnished to me.in the last week of may, 2016 when i visited your aforesaid showroom i was furnished with the rc and on checking the same i found typographical mistakes in my residential address. I quickly pointed out the same to them and furnished relevant documents on the same date itself. On which the said officials took back the rc from me with the assurance that the same shall be corrected within a week’s period time. Despite the same till date i have not been furnished with the corrected rc. I never receive any follow up calls from them. I keep calling them up to enquire about the status of refund of aforesaid payment and rc but they will either not pick up my phone or will put me off by saying that the same would be done next week. This has been happening for more than 5 months now. A number of complaints with regard to the said problems have been made to the customer care but to no effect. I would also like to lodge complaint against the total inefficiency and negligence shown by the officials of said franchise.
