Dear Sir/Madam,
With this email I just want to share my bad experience with you about the services of HARMONY HONDA, NO C 107, INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE-7, MOHALI. On 16 June 2022 I went to get my car's (CH 01 BT 2633 )bumper changed which was badly broken in an accident. After doing all the enquiries of my insurance, I was given 10 to 12 days of the car to recover by MR. KAMAL (Body shop dept.). Today, on June 25, when I visited the showroom to know the actual status of the car, it was found that no one had touched the car and no staff was responding in the proper manner.
I want to know if Honda is an India-based exclusive brand, how can its service be so useless. Why isn't the customer told about his or her bad service earlier? I am writing this mail with great sadness that I found Honda's services to be the most useless of all the Indian brand cars.Here there is no assumption of the value of the customer.The value of one's time is not understood at all. I will never come here again for service and will not recommend anyone else to come to HARMONY HONDA MOHALI. Please tell me the exact date my car is repaired otherwise I am going to take legal action.
