My Honda city music system suddenly stopped working, since it was under warranty, I raised a complaint and I was assured from Honda that it will be replaced soon.
Today it been around 4 months and still their answer is same "Sir! It will be delivered in phased manner".
After my such a long follow-up they assured me that it will be solved within 15 days and today 20 days has already been passed and still their reply is same "Sir! It will be delivered in phased manner".
Honda's after sales service is pathetic and they not even provide any senior contact details to accelerate the matter.
