Honda — Pathetic Product and Service

Dear Honda, I and a friend of mine bought two CBR 250R’s from your dealer (Rushabh Honda) Nashik on 19th of January 2013. Two in one day. I invested 4 lakh Indian Rupees so that it would come back and bite me every day. I was given a Test Ride for the vehicle by the dealer for various reasons provided by them though I visited the showroom 2-3 times for a test ride of CBR 250 R. I was shocked to hear that your dealer didn't have any test ride bikes with them for which they reasoned saying, “Honda Company has not provided us with a bike for test ride after our continuous efforts to get one.” All that done and gone I still bought this fancy machinery trusting the motto of Honda and the goodwill they have maintained. My complaint is about incompetent service by Rushabh Honda. Couple of months into the ownership of one of the CBR’s I had a faulty engine for which the bike was kept with them for over 2months in total. I did all the regular servicing that my bike needed, free as well as paid. I had informed Officials of Rushabh Honda about the still persisting engine issues as well as tyre air leak issues for which again they kept the bike for a month and gave it back with no work done. The official person present there said that he needed to send pictures to the company and as soon as he gets a reply he will personally take care of the problem and call me. Now, it has been over 1 YEAR and still he hasn’t reverted back. He doesn’t even pick my calls now. When one goes to the showroom u get no response from anybody. All they are interested in is peppy talk with one another. THE CUSTOMER IS HUMILATED AND WALKS AWAY INSULTED.Is this the service a prestigious company like Honda promises to their customers? I till date for over a year am still facing the same problem that I was facing at the very beginning. When I asked officials for an explanation they were arrogant and had lame excuses. The main heads namely (ANKUR KELKAR and VISHAL GOSAVI) are beyond doubt incompatible and incompetent at their jobs. They treat customers like dogs that bark only and work as per their wish and will. It alarms me to see Honda appointed such engineers! After several visits I was not entertained by the officials and was completely ignored, insulted and let down. My bike is still in WARRANTY & after keeping my bike for almost a month the officials say that they could detect the problem but can’t take action without approval for HONDA the company itself. I am utterly disgusted by the heart aching service and am mentally stressed due to ignorant, uneducated, insensible behaviour of these so called officials of Rushabh Honda. After several visits to the showroom my problem is not solved. It is disappointing that a customer purchases an expensive vehicle from your company and this is what he gets, incompetent and miserable service. The other bike MH15DV2221 also has many issues and both the vehicles are not yet attended due to which as a last resort I am having to write to u. I request you to please consider my problem seriously and take a quick action and solve my problem once for all or else I would be forced to take a LEGAL action against the company.in addition also requested Honda such a reputable company to revise their dealerships with such canny and environment sickening dealers. . I DEEM THIS DEALER AS UNFIT AND LIABLE TO CANCELLATION OF DEARLISHSHIP WITH A WELL ACCLAIMED COMPANY LIKE HONDA. Waiting anxiously for a quick solution to both my bikes from the officials of Honda.
