I am a customer from a town which is located 130kms from indore I purchased Honda city on 20/11/2021 from indore within 4-5 days after the purchase there was a defect of horn in which if I moved my starring towards the left then the horn would automatically start to blow. After talking to a staff of Honda they told to bring the car at the service centre which again was around 140kms from my home. I had to drive the car all the way to the centre and get it done. I had to run almost 300kms up and down, and the company doesn’t even feel that it is their responsibility to get such things done at their cost and not at ours.
