Honda — Regarding change of Back wheel of my two wheeler shine bike

Hii, I have given my Honda shine bike for servicing in Nabab Honda dealership at Khandsa Road, sector 10A, Gurgaon, Haryana in march 2015. After two months I found that back wheel of my bike is completely changed with defected one.I purchased my bike in march 2014 whose tyre was tube less but now it is tubed tyre and also cracked rim .
