My car met with an accident on 20th April 2023 and was taken to Frontier Honda Sector 34 Gurgaon for repair. After clearance from Insurance, beside other damages the car was to be replaced with front both airbags and right-side airbags along with the SRS unit.
During repairs I was told that SRS unit supply is taking time from Company and the order was placed for the supply. From 20th April 2023 I waited till July 2023 for the parts to come but finally I could not wait any longer and took the delivery without the side Airbags (roof fitting) and SRS unit. I was given a letter from Honda side that it will be fitted by August 2023.
Since then I have been following with Frontier Honda (they haven't reverted back on their own anytime and difficult to connect them on phone) I am only enduring pain. I have paid the full cost of repair including these parts (my part and the insurance company as the insurance did not cover the depreciation).
It is more than 6 months I am being told parts have not come which is difficult to believe.
It has been more than 4 months I am driving car without protection of air bags and still Honda and its partners are so insensitive to the frantic calls whereas they were quick to give me a letter in July 2023 that it is my responsibility if anything happens in absence of SRS unit not fitted and they promise to fit it by August 2023.
I need an immediate fitment of the parts and the vehicle restored to its full protection or it will be the Legal responsibility of Honda Cars India and Frontier Honda if any damages to me or any of the co-passenger happens from today ie 6th Nov 2023.
Please do not force me to send a legal notice and spoil the name of a good brand.
