I have raised a complaint regarding using of defective parts in my car which are troubling me and my everyday experience is going bad to worse with each passing day due to your bad customer response and relationship system. I had faith in your products durability but i was proven wrong. I was assured after i raised my complaint to get redressed but there was no response. If this is all about I must say i have had a bad choice then. I won't recommend any of my friends or family honda again then. Updated by Adnan Wani My car was replaced with a lower arm in suspension after my complaint of noise comming from it . It was replaced with a new one which was also defective and the noise regarding the same problem occurred after few 3000 kms driving. When i complained abt the same i wasn't respnded by the company or dealer. I have also attached the photo of response from the company which i am still waiting for.
