[Resolved] Honda Unicorn — Problem in Mono Suspension | |||
Sir, I am R.Senthil Kumar .I bought a Unicorn Bike from Suryabala Honda, Opp. Central Studio, Trichy Road, Coimbatore on Feb 25th 2013. Up to the 4th service there was no problem in my bike.At the time of leaving 4th service, my bike ran 6800kms.After getting from the fourth service, it ran about 800kms extra.But i found problem in MONO SUSPENSION.After the 4th service, I feel the bike is not running smoothly, its very hard to drive as though the mono suspension is not at all working.So again I left the bike in the above mentioned showroom for this problem.they accepted the problem in mono suspension, but they are not taking any steps as they said the surveyor of honda only should come take action regarding this.They also say that it will take around 15 days for the surveyor to come and check. Now my bike is held up in the showroom for this problem without any time limit.As i need my bike urgently i need the company to take sufficient steps as soon as possible and deliver my bike with proper functioning of mono suspension.
