Honda — VIVA Honda sold Defective car and dont fix it also.

Hi Team,

My experience with VIVA Honda is really very bad. I have registered multiple complaint with Honda. But i am still not getting any resolution. They sold me defective car and not accepting it nor fixing it. Their CRM Madhura also made false commitment on call with Honda but not fulfilling it. Since start it has wiper, Hard accelerator issue and Dicky is opening automatically randomly.

WIpers issue :

Since start i raised multiple complaint with Honda for this. After multiple call with Honda and dealer. They have asked me to bring my car . But they refused to replace wiper saying that it's not in warranty. I was raising wiper issue with them since start but every time they were filling some liquid in water and saying that now you will not see any issue. It's not wiper issue. Now it's giving hard scratches on mirror. now they are saying its not in warranty, but while i was raising this issue with them since start but they were not accepting. This is not acceptable. They have sold me defective car and not ready to accept it. On call with Honda. Their CRM Madhura promised me that she will take care of it. you just bring vehicle to workshop. When i visited there she refused it.

Hard accelerate issue -

Since start I am facing hard acceleration issue but they are not accepting it. i did raise mutltiple complaint with Honda on same. I need urgent help from Honda on this.

Dicky opening automatically -

After multiple complaint with Honda, They asked me to come to the service center with both key. There CRM Madhura promised me that she will be there as i was not getting much help from service center. But once i reach there then she was not there. I had to face issues there again. CRM Madhura is not at all helpful. I was keep on tying her number but she was not picking her phone. There service manager told me that he is replacing dicky switch with another old car dicky switch just to favor me. but when i asked him if this old car switch will give
more problem that he was saying i was giving favor to u. if you dont want then we will not do it. After a lots of fight with them. They agree to change it with new switch for observation. I dont know if it will solve my problem or not.

VIVA Honda staff is very irresponsible. They don't treat their customer well. Every time my car went to VIVA for servicing. i received my car with dent and they don't take responsibility for that. Once their staff was about to hit me with rod when i was raising complaint with service manager.
