WRM music system is not working since August. Dealer says its a manufacturing defect and they have to wait for the vendor to provide a replacement. It has been 4 months since I logged the complaint.
The system was inspected at Whitefield Honda in August and they missed to follow-up with the vendor. When I went again in November, the asked me to inspect the music system once again and they initiated the discussion with the vendor. Now they are telling that they have got the token to replace however they are currently getting the replacement for the tokens given in Aug which means I have to wait for another 5 months!
I have logged a compliant with Honda Customer Care since I have lost confidence in the dealer. Complaint number is 1-[protected] Was this information helpful? |
