Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation [Hsbc] — non redemption of reward points

I had been holding nri account and credit card from hsbc bank since 2002. My salary was being credited in the nri account and i had been investing in various options provided by hsbc.
I had been using credit card of hsbc and have been clearing dues in time, though it got delayed some times due to my travel but i cleared them with fines.
In 2017 i tried to clear my dues three time from my icici account, the payment went through initially but got reverted back to my account after a week.
On my return to india i visited the branch and i was informed that my card has been invalidated.
I asked hsbc to reactivate my card so that i can clear the dues which was done and i cleared all dues to them.
This month i realsied that i have 95, 606 reward points on my credit card transactions and asked them to redeam the same against purchase on their list. The bank denies stating deactivation of my card in 2017.
If the credit card was deactivated then why did they accept money which i paid to them and if they accepted the money and closed the account on my request then they should clear my dues to them.
These points have been earned with transaction worth 95 lacks made by me. How can then eat up my reward when they done leave a rupee of their's to any customer.
I would like your help to get my 95, 606 reward points to be redeemed and my account be finalised with no outstanding claims of either parties.
