[Resolved] Housefull — Full paid new furniture - broken on arrival - no replacement - no response - no service | |||||
I ordered a wardrobe on 31 August and then receive the wardrobe on 14 September with two boxes damaged. Housefull does not even have the common sense to pack furniture well. They should learn from Pepperfry on how they pack their furniture. Than after 9 days (and after several calls ---yes at least 10 calls ----to Housefull) on 23 September I finally get the local assembly man to assemble the wardrobe who calls in for parts replacement on 23 September. It has been almost a month. I have called several times. The service reps either lie, or just hang up on you. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS as they take your money electronically and have a disclaimer that under no circumstance they will refund the money - even if they break parts or any other condition, .
