Hp Gas — LPG Connection Disabled

I, S.N.Das, resident in Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I am residing here more than 20 years and owning a LPG connection from HP Gas, LPG Id:[protected]. Also we have one more connection from Indane Gas in Kolkata, West Bengal. Kolkata is my native place. I am permanently located to Navi Mumbai address where as I visit Kolkata twice a year. Recently I came to know that both my gas services are been blocked. I require both the connection as I have two separate kitchens at two separate states. Kindly suggest me how can I proceed to solve the issue. I am already a senior citizen and currently due to blockage, we aren't getting any cylinder. Its an urgent requirement to get the connection started in Navi Mumbai.
