Hp Gas Online Booking — Booked Gas is not delivering

4Dear HP management This to bring your notice your HP gas delivery boy may be misusing customers booked gas refill cylinder I had booked for cylinder with IVR my Consumer No :562748 Later I received a SMS saying my refill will be delivered within 24 hours. Again I received a SMS saying "your refill as been canceled" I am shocked why is canceled Again I booked the cylinder and received a message. But till now I have not received any gas & to my surprise I received another SMS saying your gas cylinder has been cancelled. If it was delivered & not reached to the consumer then many question are raising, to whom it is delivered to ? is it being delivered to someone else ?
