Sr.DSTE/South Central Railway/ Guntakal ( Indian Railways, Guntakal division) procured 20 Nos of desk top computer systems HP compaq pro 6305 through supply order under Rate contract and was supplied in November, 14. The installation was done by this organisation only, out of this one computer system HP compaq pro 6305 bearing Sl No.INA 438 SS2M, product No.K3Q97PC # ACJ is not working/opening. In this connection, complaint was lodged through mobile no.[protected] to customer care toll free no.[protected] at 11.35 Hrs of 08.12.14, the complaint was transferred from desk to desk and at last details were collected.Till date no one came to attend the systems, the system has been kept idle for last 15 days and your customer service needs to be enhanced.
