[Resolved]  HP India — Keboard Problem

Mere pass pavilion g4 laptop hai, maine uska caompalint kiya th ki
mera laptop automatically shutdown ho jata tha
pehle hp se engineer aya usne motherboard change karne ko kaha
usne part demand kar diya
do tin din ke bad part a gya or engineer ne change kar diya laptop ko dessemble kiya or fir assemble kar diya tha
but pehle wali problem solve ho gayi lekin nya problem create ho gya keboard ki one key damage ho gayi
board change karne se pehl;e achi bali thi lakin after replace the board one key bahar a gayi
leki hp saying me under warranty me nahi hoga

mujhe brakage ka warranty bi diya gya tha
or je mujse brakage nahi hua
jab apka engineer board change kar gaya tha uske bad je key damage hui hai

so plz help

replace my keyboard under warranty

if not
then am going to consumer court

Dear Sir,
I purchased the laptop in Nov 2015 and since then i have been facing issues regarding the laptop being Some Time After Automatically Shutdown and other performance issue.
Then i have compalint Registred HP Case ID [protected], And
Other Case Number [protected] After Motherboard Repace
My Case Resolve But After Two Three Days My Laptop One keyCorner of the Up and getting up May Be During MotherBoard Replacing Any Accident . My Laptop In Warranty Time Period But Hp Not Service Provide Me Under Warraty
So I Request You My Keyboard Replace In Warranty .
