HP India — Order recovery cd but dispatched to wrong address | |||
With reference to case id [protected] i ordered a recovery cd payment made on 15/1/2016, payment reference no [protected], dispatched vide speed post ref no. Ev[protected]in, item was delivered to some one else address. Contacted c care on 25/1&27/1/16 but no positive reply except correction of address by executive.Dispatch address was wrongly forwarded to agencies. Please sort out immediately.
