HP India — Regarding Reparing of hp Laserjet 3030

Dear sir, we have purchased hp printers only, but at barbil there is no hp service station and hp also not arrange any mega camp for reparing and replace of the same. The retailers are also charing high for reparing and also not properly repair the printer. Since 2 years my hp laserjet 3030 printer is not working but nobody at barbil repair the same. It is difficult for us for servicing of hp product which creates dissatisfaction. It is also not possible for our part to take the printer everytime for reparing and service purpose to bhubaneswar which cost much then a new printer. So we request hp to arrage a mega camp of all hp product for servicing/reparing at barbil, odisha and different area for customer satisfaction. Otherwise we all prefer for other product as it hinder our general work.
