I have a HP laptop 630 windows 7 home basic...it's not working properly...i complained to hp customer care on december 2014...my case id is [protected]...they said that they will send the windows recovery CD...then they sent the link for standard windows..i asked them to send the link for home basic windows as my laptop has home basic windows...then they sent the link for ultimate, and then pro windows but not home basic windows...i asked them several times for home basic windows but they didn't send the link for home basic windows...when i requested them again for home basic windows, they said that it is not available and go to the vijay sales ( i bought laptop from vijay sales dealer in delhi ) to get the windows CD ...now 1 year has passed and i still have not got the windows recovery CD...now my question is that how could they offer me some other windows and how could they told me to go to vijay sales ( the dealer ) to get the windows CD...i bought HP laptop because of HP company not because of the dealer...so it is their responsibility not of the dealer...what is the fault of customers if windows is not available or if Microsoft has stopped its support ?????? we have paid for the product, so it is our right to get our problem solved.. HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 04, 2015 HP India Customer Care's response Hi Hhina:Thank you for choosing HP product. If your notebook came with Windows 7 and you can read the 25 character product key you can download plain Windows 7 ISO files to burn to DVD's for the version of windows (Pro, Home) that came installed on your PC, and that is listed on the Microsoft COA sticker on the bottom of your notebook. You must also select the language of the installation that came with your PC or the product key won't work. Burn the ISO using the Burn ISO option on your DVD burning program and burn at the slowest possible speed your program will allow. Use the 25 character product key on the bottom of the notebook to activate the installation. Then go to the HP 630 support and driver page to install the drivers you need. isn't it a SHAME on you people that you couldn't solve my problem in 1 year ????
now i have lost all hopes...i am just fed up of you people...there's no way to get my problem solved because i am asking your support for the product for which i have ALREADY PAID ...when i have paid already, then why should your company help me ??????
you know what, now i should buy a new laptop of another company instead of wasting my time with you people...
your company only knows how to get money from customers but when it comes to solving our problems, you just don't respond...
