I have ordered a bunch of flowers and a cake for one of my relative. On enquiry they said that they have system all over the world and promised to deliver the goods at mississauga, canada after contacting the addressee.

I have paid the amount of rs. 4100/- through credit card.

But they cheated me and not delivered the goods to the addressee nor made any call or message.

On enquiry they were making false claims and said that they have already paid to the canada agent, so refund is not possible. They even denied to deliver at a later stage also.
