Customer service agent who checks for the post delivery issue is vry vry rude.They arr complete fraud and fake.
I ordered cake for my frnd outside India. And when I checked it was not delivered on the birthday. Then next day when I asked them why you dint deliver that guy simply said phone nt reachable which was a complete lie.. Delivery person was at home all the day he neither received call nor anybody visited home.And now as per their rule they will not redeliver or refund the amount as phone nt reachable (a super fake reason)
Friends pls never ever order from that website and cascade to your frnds a well as this website is completely FAKE. They just take payment in advance that's it and will neva deliver product if its a international.
Very frustrating experience with such ppl and i dnt want others to face same ..

They did similar things to me too. When i follwed up with order delivery, they informed rudely that the order was for 2018 and not 2017. As per their website the order can be cancelled 48 hours in advance - http://www.onlineflowersdelivery.com/refund-cancellation
Yet they are neither cancelling nor refunding the money and using foul language stating - do whatever u want I will not return your money and many other things. Please take action against them because they are cheaters and money eaters

Once the payment was through- they messaged me that they have not considered any shipping charges and it is the exchange rate that i had to pay 31.11 USD for Rs 1725.
I got an additional invoice o[censored]SD 5.40 for shipping charges. when i enquired more. the chat was disconnected. When i called the customer service they were very rude in their replies.They said I should know that exchange rates are different for online purchases. Also, told me that i don't have to ask many times if the item will be delivered today. I agreed and paid the additional charges for shipping.
My order status was showing 'suspected fraud' and when i enquired to the customer service agent he said that is ok and there is no need to worry (I have a screen shot of this chat)
Now when i logged in to my account in their page ( 8.30 PM IST)- they are messaging me on their chat application that there is a problem and the item cannot be delivered today. they cannot arrange a cake even if I am ready to pay additional amount for emergency delivery. They can deliver another cake tomorrow and i got an apology through chat.
Every time they close the chat and the history with it without any notice (when i called they said this is because their net is getting disconnected).
This site does not have a section for user review. And I am sure they will get 0/10 if they had one. this was such a frustrating experience dealing with them. Such a poor service.
