I am so tired and frustrated with the Rimyrah team. I am literally in a mental breakdown because of close to 5000 spent and not returned .
i had ordered 3 dresses with order #[protected] for Polka dots two piece set, delivered on the 23rd October which looked so terrible, they state the fabric used is linen but to my horror it was some cheap georgette or whatever but surely not linen i can pull them to court to prove that. Then # [protected] received on 25th october was again terrible in quality and the size specification is just terrible . I had submitted a reverse pick up on october 25th (Attached mail snapshot) for both the shipment but i had no response for over 3 days . I tried calling them to which the first agent(Vinay ) said he would arrange for a call post confirming, that day i called for just a reverse pick up for a credit (knowing their policy ), i got a call back stating the reverse pick up would happen, then there was a null for over 2-3 days . post which i called them back and had a terrible emotionally weak and rude Anjali Sharma who answered and started misbehaving stating i couldn't yell, and that i should keep my voice low, she stated that she cant continue to talk if i didn't talk to her calmly !! i mean seriously, i loose my money, i yet can't express my distress . this girl hung up the phone on me . After few minutes she called back stating the phone just hung up, i am so sure she cut the call at me .
At this point i only wanted met money back, i cannot have any transaction with these cheats.
i made sure she notes my complain and registers it in the system + i requested very calmly to escalate my matter to the floor supervisor to which she said that they do not have a supervisor at 3:30pm ! now aha kind of a call centre this is !!! no floor manager, so where does the escalations go ?
i made her drop me an email form her id, she didn't, rather she dropped a mail form some random Pratiksha (Mail copied ) confirming a senior manager call or escalation within 24-48 hours which didn't ever happen . I called again on Monday, 2nd November at 10:30 am, where Vinay answered the call. now what he said was just beyond my limits of patience, he said, Anjali is on leave and hence he has no records of my complain, that their system has no back up . so i enquired, if anjali leaves the customer complain dies off in the system, he apologised for the system flaw! that made me want my money more!

Pleas help me ! i have around 5.8 k stuck + the reverse pick up never happened .Vinay assured that ether would be a call from the manager within 24 hours which as usual never happened . I am looking at launching a police complain and suing these for mentally harassing customers .

so all the cash on delivery happens within 7 days however i have had a paid order [protected] which was sone on 22nd october, which hasn't been delivered yet .

I am in so much depression . I need help
