We have received your order on 18th July 2016, We sent it on 19th July 2016 and you have received it today that is 21st July 2016.
The Delivery time was not even 2 days from the date of order. Now if you have some issue with the product we can take an exchange and provide you some other product as well. As we have mentioned on our website in 2 different locations that there is no Refund Policy and for this we have maintained transparency as well.
When you called today, your call has been received in the first attempt. We have only intention in our mind and that is to close the query of a customer with in the terms and conditions and in a fast manner which we did.
