I have ordered a set of four tyres through tyreonwheels.com

Its almost a month, but till not received my order, and they give no proper response regarding this issue.

I would like to get my payment back from them, as waiting is now not a solution. I have contacted their bangalore office in direct but they said they dont have the tyres which i ordered, and he spoke to a guy in delhi and he promised to deliver in few days time. But its more than 10 days and nothing has happened so far. I would request then to refund the cash through the bangalore office or arrange a suitable alternate tyres for my car from there.
