Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — New Water connection to home

Hello Sir,

I'm T. yashoda krishna S/o. T. Shiva shankar rao, on the date of 12/02/2021, i applied for new water connection at medipally, hyderabad, Telangana.

Still now water connection was not given to my home. Already pipelines are there in front of my home. Whenever im contacting and reaching to the office they are saying please check the pipelines availability infront of your home, if i said yes they are saying we will come soon like that still now no response.

Please respond to this message and take action against to the complaint.
