I BOUGHT HYUNDAI VERNA. I THOUGHT IT TO BE A GOOD PRODUCT. I WAS USER OF INDICA CAR FOR LAST 10 YEARS,AND WAS SO SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT THAT I REPEATED THE CAR THRICE,BEFORE SWITCHING IT FOR HYUNDAI.
I REGRET MY DECISION.THE CAR, THE COMPANY THE DEALERS ALL ARE WORTH LESS WHO CAN PAY MILLIONS ON FALSE PROPOGANDA BUT CAN NOT INVEST IN PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT,CUSTOMER CARE.
I AM PLANNING TO SCRAP THE VEHCILE,WHICH IS ONLY 8 MONTH...

I have bought this Santro numberely DL2C AE 3741 from MGF jhandewalan on 14th feb. . The pickup and A.C. of the car were creating promblem from the very first day . I have logged the complaint on 16th feb. Accordingly these defects are Manufacturing Defect . I have sent the car at G.T.Karnal and Patparganj service center almost ten to eleven times. i have got i10 1.2 kappa engine car in oct,2009 from Nimbus Hyundai Noida(U.P.) The car was perfect until i took it once to hilly area where i noticed some regular noise coming from the engine or tyres which is not uniform, like it appears as something stucks at one point to the rotating wheel/axle and it rather stops the vehicle's free acceleration/movement. The drive is rough and this problem had been narrated to the workshop engineers...
