Fixed a service of my car ( pick up), time fixed was 10 am for pickup, driver arrives at 12 pm giving all rubbish excuses of signals for a 3 km road.
Coming to services - things which I wanted to be done was not included in the bill, things which I have no problem for were included making bill amount of more than 11k.

I have a complaint against Modi Hyundai Bhandup. The staff there is really unprofessional and they change extra for everything. They promise 2 years free service with a new car bought but don't provide the same. They put in unnecessary spare parts in the car and force the customer to pay for them. They don't support complaints even if part are in warranty or damaged by them....

I have taken grandi10 car from Modi Hyudai vasai east. While purchasing they promise you many things. But in real it seems a big liability for us. The service they provide is very very bad. First of all the charges are too high just for pick up n drop they charge 2500 for even short distances. There is no coordination between the staff internally. My vehicle was due for an extended warranty in Jan this year. Whilst i considered taking up the extended warranty at the time of my vehicle service, i was denied the same stating i had crossed the time period.
