[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — "Free" Servicing of the Car | |||
My Name is Niranjan Divecha. My Car No. is MH-02-CV-1830 and my Contact No. is [protected]. I hv an i-10 purchased in Oct.2012 from Modi Hyundai, Mumbai. The 3rd "Free" Service was due and the car was given to M/s ShreeRam Hyundai at the Service Station situated @ Charkop, Kandivali(West) Mumbai on 04/10/2014. The Car was picked up and Dropped at my instance. However, the Service Station was NOT TRANSPARANT in dealing. Although it was supposed to be a "FREE" Service, I am charged Rs. 2712/- in the name of "Replacement"??? of various items-WITHOUT PROACTIVELY CONSIDERING, WHETHER THESE REPLACEMENTS ARE WARRANTED OR OTHERWISE. Also, when the Car was handed over, the ADVISOR Mr. Kunal Wagh was Negligent, Casual and Careless about counting and delivery of the Accessories available in the Car. The Service Manager from ShreeRam Hyundai called me on 06/10/2014 and an Appointment was fixed for Mr. Kunal to come and attend the problem. While Mr. Kunal has fixed time of 5.00 PM, he is yet to turn up. I am of the opinion that 1) The Service Station is Not transparent and Proactive. 2) In the guise of "Free Service", the customers are Charged and made to pay unnecessarily. 3) The Advisors are Very Very Casual and Negligent. I hope someone will take cognizance of my feedback and take some corrective measures. Was this information helpful? | |||

They dont do the job and find excuses. They charge fully, and say that they did all that was asked for, but in reality, nothing is done here.
This should be shut down.
