My name is Kawaljit Singh, I bought a UPS and a computer set from A-Tec computer center, Hardochannian Road, Distt: Gurdaspur-143521, Punjab. There was a problem in UPS and I returned it to replace from the company around 6 months ago, but still I have not received my UPS, They have given me an old UPS which is not mine. Now A-Tech computer center is not providing with our original UPS which we bought from them! Please help us.

i purchase a iball deskset (keyboard+ mouse) on 13.08.2009.the mouse was bad from the date of purchasing . i cant use it atall. my address is too far from the purchesing shop (chadnichok,kolkata,wb) and from from the iball service centre (chadnichok, kolkata,wb) also. after 6 month the keyboard was damaged. i have purchased 9 computers last 2 months ago and within two months this 2 iball mouse and 2 keypad stops work.when i complents to shop they told me to send in service center and still from last 1 month is over and i did'nt get that back.
