Iberry — battery availability denied

I have purchased Iberry Auxus Nuclea N2 in ebay and the poor company has no battery for this model which is not being available in their website and the product is in warranty but for battery it is only 6 months so i could not claim warranty for the battery. but when i try to purchase the battery it is out of stock for more than 2 weeks. The customer care is really sick and replying that it will be available after 15 to 20 working days. Please help customers refraining from being cheated by such poor mobile brands.
