[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — after cancel hotel booking got refund message now no refund

Its really big cheating with customers by goibibo i did lot of bookings with ur company never face issue like this before on 24th i did cancel from my mobile got one time password even its show the refund amount as well and after few mins i checked grey colour showing refund under process now next day i checked it is showing booking confirmed then i called ur customer support after having conversation with them 4 to 5 times in day they only said wait wait we are raising refund for ur concern department will call u till date nothing happens this really very annoyed situation for me booking id htlg2b78k2 i want my money back the refund amount i also remember when i cancelled the booking as well 90 gocash and rest 4800 rs in bank but this is clear cheating you are thinking i am free to call u about same thing again and again
