Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount deducted but transaction failed

AbhinayaSri.k, incident happened goibibo app {goibibo acc info- ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected])} on[protected] at 20:37, using upi GPAY transaction Id[protected]sbi bank) of amount Rs.452, money debited from my acc but transaction failed for my ticket booking from kacheguda railway to vskp for[protected]. so, i again booked my tickets using other 2nd transaction PHONEPAY ([protected]) upi with (union bank) transaction ID- T2206262040595162643432 and this transaction accepted and tickets booked. so till now i didnt get my 1st transaction amount refund to my account.
