Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount get deducted from bank account no flight ticket booked

I tried to do Lucknow - Mumbai flight booking on 25th June, 2022 from GoIbibo. Amount is debited from bank account but no fight ticket is booked. I tried to report this issue with GoIbibo, called on their India support no:[protected] however found no option to report failed booking.
