Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount got deducted two times

I rescheduled my booking from 3rd of Dec to 7th of Dec 2021, where the amount was deducted first but I didn't get any confirmation of ticket. So I had to book it once again. M trying to talk with the customer care but they are not reachable. Need an immediate response from Goibibo in this regard. Hope I will be getting a call soon.
