[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — baibhav booking canceled my online booking and took another passenger on my seat without intimating me. | |||||
Worst experience from vaibhav travels. They took another seat on my booking seat. I complained nearest police station. That police forced them to make another seat. But the contact person and the person from booking ofce talked very rudely. I have severe backache n thats y had booked front seat. But they made me available last seat in another bus which was late by an hour. Worst experience today. Goibibo not comminicated them my seat. Will never use this app and vaibhav travels henceforth.
