The flight not in in operational from delhi to kolkata through Flight PNR T5CRUV dated 10th April 2020. The Go Air already reimbursed to goibibo, but goibibo did not repay me to SBI account.

I am continuous perusing you and your team but failed to get my refund Rs.2645/- till date. The payment not received in original payment mode PAYPAL, whereas you send last 3 times. PAYPAL account already closed. Necessary attachment sent of PAYPAL closure, Cancel cheque ticket details sent to [protected]@goibibo.com
Reference No.[protected] many times but not resolved.
Please cooperate and refund me to my SBI Account. Attach copy. Please do not send to original payment mode because PAYPAL deactivated. (attach screenshot copy)
