I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Casa Salvador - Goa with full advance payment from 27 May to 29 May. But Goibbo confirmed me on 27th May at around 3pm, that my bookings are cancelled. That time I was travelling towrds hotel. This was very shocking movement for me. Goibbo also asked me to book my hotel at my own and they will reimburse the booking amount. They also assure to reimburse me the additional amount if I need to pay extra on new booking.
My initial booking was in North Goa, but at last hour I didn't get any booking in that area. So I have moved to south goa and spent two nights over there. This was very disappointing for me and my family.
Later I have shared the invoice copies to Goibbo for reimbursement. I have received the initial booking amount but Goibbo have not reimburse my complete expenses.
Now there is access to contact Goibbo team on customer care number or using app.
