Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Cashback not received even after 80 days of booking

This is regarding cashback which was supposed to reflect into my sbi card within 60 days of my booking. And i made this booking on 21 st june. I am calling goibibo team again and again and they are repeating the same thing that they are not getting any response from their finance team. I, therefore, request you to look into this issue and escalate this as soon as possible.

Updated by AdityaSaraogi Instead of solving this issue by SBI, They are just responding with some automated mails.This is pathetic from a government bank like SBI :

Debit Card (ATM Card) Related : We would request you to contact SBI helpline No.080–26599990 or Toll Free No.[protected] at New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar and Bhopal and the nearest card issuing branch or you can write in to SBI Debit Card team at [protected]@sbi.co.in for your query regarding the SBI ATM Card.
