[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Check In denied

I had booked Bella Vista Resort in Munnar for 2 days 20-22 December 2015 via Goibibo app. The booking was confirmed as HTLS8U4GBR. But to my surprise when I reached there the hotel staff denied checkin as they said they did not receive any payment from Goibibo. Then I called Goibibo customer care and after waiting for over 1 hr and harassment the Goibibo team booked another hotel nearby. I can adjust that. I returned back to Chandigarh and then booked a hotel in New Delhi by Goibibo named City Palace Guest House. The booking was confirmed as HTLLWKKNHW for 29 Dec 2015. This time I made a call to the Hotel to confirm my booking and they replied that they do not take any booking from Goibibo. I then called Goibibo customer care and they assured me that my booking was confirmed. I reached New Delhi at 11.30 PM and took a taxi to the Hotel. When I reached there the hotel staff again denied any bookings from Goibibo. Then I called Goibibo customer care several times but they put my call on hold every time and I was like nowhere in the middle of night. It was 12 past in the night and could not figure out what to do. The hotel staff was also very misbehaving. I started walking alone to find another hotel as I was having my exam on next day. I was about to book another hotel when I got a call from Goibibo regarding booking in another hotel. It was very difficult to find the hotel and I reached there at around 1' O clock in the night. The room was very dirty and I could not sleep whole night. My exam was spoiled and no one can fix it ever.
