Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Complaint against flight booking | |||
Hello team, I made a booking via ibibo for goa round trip for arrival 9th september 2020 with pnr - yszdn and departure from goa on 13th september 2020 with pnr - yszfr as lock down got implemented at that time the tickets have been cancelled by air india. Now i want to travel on 29th march till 1st april and i contacted air india, but they refused that my tickets cannot be booked on same fare which have been booked on september 2020, but my cousin request have been accepted for the travel on same fare but mine got rejected. Additionally, i have been told to contact ibibo further on my travel. I request you to please book my tickets for 29th march 2021 and return on 1st april 2021 as i have situation at my home front because my wife is pregnant, and she cannot travel after april 2021 that is why we are planning to travel at the earliest.
