I have been trying to call their customer care team in the hope of speaking to someone around cancellation of my air tickets. The issue is such where I feel talking to someone is much better than typing back and forth.
However, whenever I call the customer care numbers, I keep going round and round in the IVR and never able to reach an executive.
So, I used Twitter to request for a callback. Initially, no one provided a proper response, still I got a call from a guy called Dhananjai who gave me certain details.
Now I again needed help and I contacted the team via Twitter on Monday and I was told that Dhananjai has been informed and he will revert back to me within 24 hours. But it has been 48 hours and despite my repeated tweets and DMs, no one has bothered to respond or contact me.
So, finally, I had to write all of this down to inform you of the sick experience I am going through and an expectation (even if there is a minute chance) for you to get involved and help me get my concerns addressed. Was this information helpful? |
