This is with reference to the Booking Id: HTLINARCMNAEB5XK dated 20/09/2022, wherein we booked Hotel in Tromso, Norway from 11/12/2022 to 21/12/2022 and made full payment.
To our utter surprise, the booking failed and refund wais not issued to us despite our various followups with the customer care service.
We did not expect such intentioned lack of cooperation and deficiency of service from your end. Requesting you to refund the full amount as soon as possible. Otherwise we will be left with no option but to take legal action against you. Was this information helpful? |
