Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Did not receive refund from Last for Months after cancellation of flight

I have booked flight on 10th June and later plan was changed so cancellaed the flight prior 1 month and still struggling for the refund as Goibibo has generated the RRN number and after complaining they have asked for 4 months statement then there is no response from the Goibibo team.

I have paid from my pockets and still struggling to get the refund back from Goibibo.
