I booked my flight ticked with goibibo on 2 dec 2022 for 7 dec 22 through my sbi credit card. later i resceduled that flight TO 15 DEC and paid extra amount through my sbi debit card. on the final day of my travel the flight got cancelled. indigo has issued me full refund both on my debit card and credit card transaction. I have got the refund on my debit card. the transaction from credit card was for Rs. 7319. indigo is saying they have refunded to the agency i.e. go ibibo. sbi and indigo are saying me to call goibibo and ask them to refund my money in sbi credit card but goibibo customer care are not able to help me regarding this. please help me if you can. PFA the required screenshots. the next step is to take the matter to consumer court but i thought i should try here.
