1. I tried booking ticket from Singapore to Mumbai on 25th Aug 2021, however i got error that request cannot complete, so i tried booking ticket again immediately and second time it was success. However when i checked my account next day i found that the money was deducted 2 times from my account. when i checked on goibibo site i got 2 PNR for the same flight.
2. So i immediately start calling goibibo but none of their numbers were working except one that had only automated talking. this i tried atleast 1-2 weeks in vain.
3. Meanwhile i was trying to contact airindia as well and after so many tries they finally cancelled my ticket and informed that i will be getting full refund but goibibo need to contact their finance dept.
4. but i was not able to contact goibibo, i informed my relatives in india also tried to contact them but the same issue. we even tried to contact them through email.
5. Finally in Sep i was able to contact goinibo through Facebook messanger, and informed them about it. they informed me that there is no double payment received so informed me to contact bank.
i double confirmed on bank and the double amount was really deducted.
later goibibo accepted the double amount but they put all the rules from airline considering no mistake from their end, goibibo is not accepting their mistake from portal and no helpline support during that period.
6. Now goibibo telling me that you will get almost half of the payment returned, with no show charges etc.
7. i feel its a scam and need to be investigated. I need my full refund
