[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — dual payments | |
Tickets booked for garibrath from the go ibibo app. The transaction of 2500was initiated by Google pay. It showed payment failed. I initiated the payment through my other credit card . I was charged on the credit card which is fine but later same amount got debited from Google pay aslo. Called sbi bank they denied to help. Called Google pay they denied too and asked me to check with mu sbi bank. Go ibibo does not have any number to speak to advisors. Please help me get my money . Was this information helpful? | |
